So far both lens have exceeded my expectations. The Sigma is very sharp and spot on. Having never really used the 60mm FoV I will have to play with it I figure it really is just a few steps back from a 50mm FoV.

The Olympus is very nice a step up and weather sealed and 12mm both of which I wanted. Someday I will own the 12-40 f2.8 but pennies must be saved for that one.

Oh if you guys would I had a question on the 12-50 in a separate thread.

Some flower shots late in the day from the Sigma. And one of Winter in color from the Olympus _4141408.jpg _4141409.jpg _4141432-2.jpg .

Congrats and nice shots! Generally the 12-50 isn't highly regarded but when you have a good copy, it is really good- I loved mine when I had it.

You have a very thoughtful wife.

I had a 12-50 for a while and thought it was excellent. I was not crazy about the relatively long length but the images were great.

Nice shots! Tons of detail there, for sure.
