I'm new on here but have been reading the reviews and general discussions to help me get my new kit, I had a canon G11 and a Canon 400D with 50 mm f1/8 prime, 10-24 sigma zoom, 18-250 sigma zoom. This set up has served me well but I found myself taking the G11 for compactness then wishing I had brought the 400 and choice of lenses
So I bought an Olympus epm1 with the two kit lenses 14-42 and 40-150 it was on offer for less than £300 the lot
I have also bought the 45 mm f1/8 prime, an EVF3, a Toma leather wrist strap and half case, I haven't had chance to test it properly yet but a few test shots are showing how sharp the 45mm prime is and it's got a very shallow depth of field when using large f stops
I can't wait to get out and start using it properly

    1 hour from Sydney Australia.

G.A.S. strikes hard and often in micro 4/3. There's just too many really nice lenses out there now. Good luck resisting.
