Well, it's been in my possession for about a week now, but I've been too busy messing with it.

I haven't had time to really take any good pictures, except for messing around with it around the house here and there, but I will definitely share them when the time comes.

Here are some glamour shots of my new toy with my humble lens collection so far:

So far I have acquired (as pictured):

    Olympus E-PM1 in Silver
    Olympus VF-3
    Lumix 14mm f/2.5 pancake lens
    Jupiter-8 50mm f/2.0 M39 lens with adaptor
    Pentax 110 18mm, 24mm, and 50mm (all f/2.8) with M43 adaptor
Gariz Leather Half Case and Strap
    Acmaxx rear screen protector

I'm a novice that you would probably barely even consider a hobbyist at this point, but I am definitely trying to make use of this camera. I recently sold my 50D (I barely used it), and my S95 (didn't use that much either), and bought this. I'm looking forward to learning more about shooting and picking everyone's brains about photography!

Congrats! Question on the silver color - is it a painted silver over metal? Or just solid metal?

I know my silver E-P3 is not really silver at all, but rather polished chrome-ish (which I love). I may be getting an E-PM1 in the future, so I don't know what color to pick...

BTW I had an ACMAXX protector on my old E-PL1... it's an awesome cover!

Starlabs, I'm actually not sure on that one. The finish looks to be painted, but I'm not 100% certain.

Thanks - I guess I'll have to go to a store and see one in person.

I didn't think it would look good in silver, but that body/lens combination actually looks quite alright!

I wasn't too sure about silver at first either, but I'm really glad I pulled the trigger on it. I was very tempted to go black, but I'm really diggin' the silver more and more.
