    My 7 year old daughter and me on a photo trip.
    She used to borrow my Nikon D90 when we were shooting together.
    She complained in the beginning over the missing viewfinder, but after I got the VF2 she really likes this little cam.

    #1 - I wish could shoot in this position... but I would tip over :D

    @Morten

    Simply THE BEST set of photos to my eyes so far this year in ANY forum!! Brought huge smiles to my face! Thank you for sharing!

    That initial set of photos captured all the great elements of photos that I personally enjoy: portrait, great model, photographer in action, gear for a GAS addict like me, and emotional connection.

    It's awesome to see your daughter share your passions. And it's even more awesome to see her hold that camera like a total pro! And have her own little Domke bag! And then, y'all process the photo together!!! That's just awesome -- quality dad - daughter time!!

    Thanks for sharing. And looking forward to seeing even more photos that your daughter takes (and yours too of course)!!

    That's awesome! You have quite a burgeoning talent on your hands there. At least these aren't the days where you'd need to have a dark room in the house to nurture that talent...

    Olympus never played up this potential marketing angle... They're kid sized! Kid friendly, kid approved. :)

    My niece was obsessing over having to have a vf also when she asked for a camera for Xmas last year. That was her main thing.. And she wanted a Nikon. Cause everyone on tv with a camera uses a Nikon in cop shows and such. Lol

    Morton, just a beautiful, disarming and charming shot of your girl in # 4. This one need's to be sent to Olympus , for telling the world that yes, M43 cameras are the "bomb"

    Your daughter is super cute and she has a great camera :) . My oldest daughter and I go out and shoot as well, but last time I asked her if she wanted my Canon DSLR to keep as her camera, and she said I should take it because shes taking the GF1 and the 20mm. I left the Canon at home and brought my 35mm slr. Kids are awesome.

    Great Thread BLX! Its very cool to see relationships like this grow. Its even cooler she's got a nak for this stuff. She probably can't wait to take photography in high school and teach other kids about what dad taught her...lol

    This thread is great. Now I just need to convince the wife to have kids so I can try following BLX and KVG's lead here... :biggrin:

    Damn, she's even bouncing the flash!!! Awesome!!

    Can't wait to get married (this Nov.) and have kids. On the other hand, that's one more thing that will eat into the gear slush fund ... Now I'm torn ...
