"die höchste Eisenbahn" - the name of the band probably an enigma

With these series of in-camera double exposures you have created a unique visual and formal language combined with beautiful colours. Please keep posting your experiments which are not just portraits of the musicians but give us an impression of the music with its colours and flow as well.

We had three days of torrential rain and when it stopped Valencia had a festival to celebrate the end of it. They opened up the Mercado for merchants to sell tapas, beer, and wine, and they had live bands in the square outside that rocked until 1am. It was great free music with thousands of people dancing in the streets, smoking and drinking whatever they wanted and it was so much fun. I've never photographed a concert before and had too much fun to take it seriously, but here is some of what it looked like.

Anja Lechner & Pablo Màrquez : ECM 50 recital
The label ECM turned fifty this year. They plan a series of concerts to commemorate this.
The first concert was played by Anja Lechner - cello and Pablo Màrquez - guitar.
They performed music by Franz Schubert ( * 31.1.1797 Vienna, † 19.11.1828 Vienna ), who composed

it for piano and cello. The piano part was adapted for guitar by Pablo Màrquez.
Not amplified the sound was very crisp and wafted wonderfully throughout the concert hall.

a cluttered scene and musicians set apart plus a video projection on a distant wall
first try: this is what I came up with struggling all the time to organize images
music by Modest Mussorgski "Pictures at an Exhibition" adapted and performed by Olaf Tzschoppe (Bremen),percussion | Martin Schmeding (Leipzig), organ | video: Dorothee von Harsdorf

A solo guitarist/vocalist performing at a weekend fair - did his own rhythm track live using a loop machine, and operated an array of effects pedals at his feet.

Tom Smith voice, electronics and audience incorporated into the images
the musical underground proves an inspiring attraction though they are very shy of decent light

"Beauty will be convulsive or will not be at all" (André Breton 18 February 1896 – 28 September 1966 )
These are images from a three day festival "INSTABIL - feedback in music"
Most of the music was computer related with the exception of the singer JUNKO who had a rather harrowing voice.
From the fringes of avantgarde music no traditional pics can be expected.

some more jazz - based on heavy latin beats - the drummer was quite dominating
Sebastian Schunke - piano | Diego Pinera - drums | Benjamin Weidekamp - clarinet
