I think its a pretty good idea Herman to ask this, as it gives you an idea of what others might do or what could be done. Obviously anyone that does this would do it to their tastes.
These days, its easy enough to take a good photo, but 90% of the time some post processing always brings out the best.
Thats about the only reason I shoot RAW with all cameras, because I know to some extent I will be applying some PP.
Craig makes a good point, though I'm still struggling with just taking a good photograph regardless of pp.
Herman, I hope that you'll let us know what you get back from this. Not that I mean you have to tell everyone if you like or don't like what they've done, of course you can, but how it's helped...if it has...what your reactions are. No rush and I hope a few others will respond, as well.
thanks for a nice thread... here's a Lightzone rendition which you can download and open in the same folder as your original jpeg - to see exactly what I did.

I tried to create the sense of one of those 3d images - where you have to go bozzeyed to see the object float up in 3d. It would keep some people entertained for a while, trying to see the 'hidden' image
That's it! Looks like abstract art, great work Brian.
I live in a little artdown, I love art.
This morning I have downloaded picasa 3.6 but it seems that lightzone offers more tools to edit an image.
