mounting m43 lens to canon eos camera?

    Is it possible to mount a m43 lens such as the 14mm to a canon camera such as a 7d or 5d? I did a google search but all i can find is the other way around (ie mount canon lens onto m43 cameras).

    that's never going to work, physically you can't focus, can't cover the APS-C or fullframe sensor, and can't pass the electronic signal between the lens and the body, can't do any operation at all.

    m4/3 lenses are shrunk down lenses specifically designed for the smaller sensor and shorter flank distance of m4/3 cameras. Therefore, control issues aside, if you manage to mount such a lens onto a Canon APS-C or fullframe camera, you will get serious vignetting (darkness at the corners) that makes the image looks like you are peeking through a tiny pinhole...
