I am curious to know how much cropping you had to do for this, seeing as how you used the 100-400 at 400 plus the 1.4 TC, a similar setup to what I have. Can you post a small version of the original (uncropped) image, just to show us what you were seeing in the viewfinder. I think it would be instructive.

Actually, anybody have a suggested workflow for stacking and any benefits for resolution? Like HHHR but all in post? Don't think a moon shot actually needs stacking for noise reduction...
