Moon over Goderich

    Anne and I were out tonight along Lake Huron. I was taking test shots of Anne with my Olympus Pen to see how best I could make use of it in an upcoming family portrait session.

    While there I grabbed a few shots as the sun set - of the old train station with the moon resting above it. And as is obvious, I grunged it up a little;


    Olympus Pen w/ 40-150mm lens @ 62mm : f4.5 @ 1/250'th : 200 ISO

    I find it intriguing that we spend so much effort and money developing technology, to replicate the results from old fashioned techniques and equipment!
    I guess the results are a lot more predictable though - I mean, you can pretty much create what you want, when you want, as long as you have the composition right, which you certainly do.
