I've moved more to shooting JPEG with my E-PL1, just because the JPEGs and Olympus colours are quite good and I simply got tired of processing all the images (I still shoot RAW with my DSLR). I've never cared for LR3s default B&W conversions and so I've considered just leaving the camera set on the monotone setting when I want B&W images. What are your opinions of the montone JPEG processing on Olympus cameras? Does anyone shoot this way? and if so are there any in camera setting tweaks that you do to enhance the monotone images?
