Thought i would share some random photos taken with the Mitakon 25/0.95.
Thanks for sharing. I've been wanting to see some more pictures taken with this lens.
Thanks! Those are lovely images, and I do rather want this lens... how's the shooting experience?
They are a bit soft, but have a very pleasing "film-like" quality to them.
I was just going to say...those are a dead ringer for 35mm film, which never really stood up to much enlargement if you used film intended for mere mortals (ISO 400 Kodak Gold or Fuji Superia, say).
Very pleasing, for sure!
Thank you for all the comments!
Thank you! Shooting experience is great! Smooth focus and aperture rings and full metal build makes it feel so much more expensive than it is.
Feel free to share more images whenever you want. I really enjoyed these!
Thanks for the pictures! Which camera do you use it with?
Have you tested the pixel vignetting of the sensor with it? (=if shooting the same target at f/0.95 and f/1.4 results doubled exposure time)
Thank you! All of the photos were taken with Panasonic G7.
Not done any in depth testing with the lens but I've noticed that the aperture markings on the lens aren't that accurate. Will try your test this weekend and get back to you!
Thanks a lot in advance!
