The lens is in excellent condition. Some wear marks on the body as you can see in the photos, but the glass is in perfect condition. No mechanical problems, no oil on the aperture blades. Asking $325 shipped/paypaled in U.S.

    Haha...

Thanks! Do you have any pics from the lens wide open?

Sorry, I don't and I don't have an adapter for my camera to take some.

Oh okay... no problem. I've just heard that a lot of the legacy lenses don't perform well wide open, or until the aperture reaches the current native lenses aperture, so I was curious. Thanks anyway!

I have the exact same lens and use it with an adapter for my G1.
I love using it on both my µ4/3 cameras and Minolta film bodies. It's a joy to use, especially when you want to use it on film .
I could take a photo with mine if the OP wants me to. In case you do not know about this lens; These particular lenses are coveted amongst many modern DSLR users because of the desirable Bokeh, which has always been legendary with any of Minolta's f/1.2 lenses.
Yes I said modern DSLR users, because these are often converted to fit other camera mounts such as Canon , or better yet M42 screw mount lenses so it can be used with a couple different Mount cameras (a practice I appall). I prefer using Minolta lenses Unmolested with adapters on cameras such as the µ4/3 mounts or Minolta MD Bodies.

Thank you so much for your kind offer, but the lens has now been sold.
