This is my first post on mu43, but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with using a Minolta AF 70-210 F4 "beercan" lens on any of the Oly - EP cameras?

We've got an old Minolta AF film camera with this little monster of a lens on it gathering dust at home, and I was considering buying a mount for my new EPl1.

    Thanks ahead for any feedback!

I used my old Minolta AF, a 28-80 and a 75-300. Manual focusing is a challenge, especially on the longest one, but you can get some results.

Adapter on ebay about €23 shipped.

Thanks Alf, glad to see that it is possible to take a decent pic with this combo. i think I will order an adapter for minolta after all. they seem to be really affordable. I'm looking at one on ebay for about $29 right now.
