Fantastic! So much for needing autofocus, Mega OIS, etc. I have the f3.5 version of that lens (recent MD style) so you've given me a target for my holidays!

A few more, also posted in the flying insects/dragonfly thread. This is fast becoming one of my favorite lenses.

I really like this lens!

I'm a total newbie. I just got this lens and walked around with it. These are shot on Auto because I'm still learning how to use the manual modes. So far, I really like this lens.

This is a fantastic lens. I have the f3.5 version and then found the f2.8 at a junk sale, so have both.

This was taken with the 2.8 on a GH2:

This with the 3.5 on a G1:

Both versions are so very solidly made and the focussing on them is really positive. The length takes a bit of getting used to, though.

I recently picked up a copy of the MC version of the 135mm f2.8 lens and I am shocked at how sharp it is wide open.

I picked up the 1977 version, Minolta Rokkor-X MD 135mm f2.8, at a thrift shop recently...

(The CA in this image is only common in very strong light.)
