    Thanks for the kind comments.

    Marco I was using the Olympus EM1 with the 12-40 lens at 12mm in Live composite mode which seems to be an additive function of shorter exposures. Individual exposures were 4 sec @f/2.8 and I debated whether to go for a long star trail image, but a car was approaching so I stopped the exposure at something like 70 sec so as not to lose what I had to that point.

    Great catch, thats better than all of the ones I get when up all night shooting meteor showers :)

    Thanks for sharing the picture and camera settings with us. I've not tried the Live Composite mode yet, I'll have a play with this next time I get a chance.
