Malvern Hills

Discussion in 'Scenic, Architecture, and Travel' started by Levster, Oct 11, 2018.

  1. I went for a wee wander up the Malvern Hills yesterday evening. Unusually for October in the UK the temperature was 20C and some guys were making good use of the thermals.

Very nice. It's a nice part of the world for sure.

  3. I thought I'd see what regulations were applied to paragliding (with the amount being pushed onto drones), and it turns out that apart from abiding by CAA rules, there is nothing stopping anyone legally throwing themselves off a cliff/hill. I'd have thought some training/certification would be require, but no! Perhaps the law presumes that self preservation will help to self regulate the sport.
