I´ve just got me a E-M1 and last weekend i went out to test taking some macros with it. (all taken with Oly 60mm macro)

    Stacked from 3 images.

    Stacked from 15 images.

    Stacked from 23 images.

Not stacked, and no the snake was not dead, the ant just wanted to eat he´s eye anyway. :)

Lucky snakes have scales over there eyes, but that's still gotta hurt! Nice shots!

love the composition of the third.

I love macro, but never tried focus stacking. How do you find patience (also, staedy subjects) for 23 focus stacked images?

Well if that was a test then I'm looking forward to seeing your real shots, because these ones are very nice. :2thumbs:

The E-M1 takes 10 images/sek so the subject doesnt have to stay still for long :)

I have Serenestacker, but i used PS for these.

So you're slowly turning the focus ring while shooting bursts?
