Has any else one had problems with either the M.Zuiko ED 12-40 f2.8 Pro or the 40-150 f2.8 Pro? The aperture on my 12-40 f2.8 stopped working after six months and it took three months and three tries for Olympus to fix it properly. And then on April 19th the lens hood ring on my 40-150 f2.8 fell off and at least one small ball bearing fell out. I treat my lenses well so I am concerned these new lenses are not the same build quality as my older Zuiko Lenses.

I've had my 12-40 f2.8 for over 6 months now (and bought it used from here in the first place, so the lens is older than that), accidentally dropped it on concrete once, and it's still kicking. Of course, this is only anecdotal.

My 12-40 was bought used almost a year ago and is almost always on my camera. Works like a charm with zero problems so far. Hoods and lens caps will give the majority of problems; they are quite cheaply built, all plastic with metal trim.
