M&M's and Micro Rail

    I have attached three images that I took today.

    The one furthest away was taken with the Sigma 30 2.8. I focused in the middle of the group.

    The other two were take with the 60 2.8 macro lens using a micro rail.

    This is the first time I have used one but can tell you it is invaluable!

    Can't wait to try it again!:biggrin:

    I had window light from the rear and was using the Macro Arm light from the front.

    I spot metered.

    I added one more on the right. I like the richer colors but then again I like HDR! HDR macro!! Who knew??:eek:

    That sigma is pretty darn sharp! I'm also surprised by how shallow a depth of field you can get with f/2.8. Great colours!

    I can't help but to think the quality of the m&m coatings seem low quality... if only I had M&M's here to check...

    Which country are you in? (are the M&M's from?)

    Can we call out to the community to get M&M samples from different countries?

    They look fine to me. That is what we get in the U.S.!:smile:

    They tasted good, that is for sure!
