    Hi all

Panasonic have the DMW-FL220E flashgun their current lineup but they also used to do a DMW-FL220

Anyone know what the difference is, the specs look to be the same and the none E version is listed a compatible with the G1 so I assume its m4/3 compatible.

Anyone know what the difference is.

I am pretty sure that they are one and the same thing
I have one in a box bought very recently that is merely designated FL220 on the box, the instructions and on the unit itself
This would suggest that the FL220 is a current model
I believe that the 'E' on the end of Panasonic products merely designates 'European' model

The "E" is the Euro version. It differs by the languages offered in the operating instructions and the warranty.
The Euro version would NOT have a US warranty. Otherwise, the same.
