I'm trying to import photos from my camera into LR but the disk (D drive) is full so I've told it to import them to another disk (H drive) but it just keeps saying the disk (D drive) is full and won't import them.
So I used Windows Explorer and copied the pics to the H drive then added the folder to LR and told LR to synchronize the folder and it just says......can't import disk D is full!!!!! I'm not even asking it copy the files to D just sync the folder on the H drive!!!

    Anyone got any advice.

I'll need to replace the D drive with a larger drive but in the mean time what do I do?

Where is your Lightroom catalog? If it's on the full drive, then even if the images are on another drive, you'll still have a problem since the catalog needs space for the new entires, and LR also needs space for previews (stored alongside the catalog).

Solution is probably to copy your Lightroom catalog over to H, and then relaunch Lightroom using the copy of the catalog.

Is there a Lightroom 4.2? I thought 4.1 was the latest.
