Lowepro customer service

    I thought it worthwhile to post here my very positive experience of Lowepro's customer service. I bought a bag for my E-P3 and lenses a while ago, the Lowepro ILC Classic 100. I then thought that I might be able to make better use of the space if I had another divider in addition to the two supplied, so I wrote to Lowepro to ask where I might buy one.

    They told me that they did not sell them in the UK, but then asked for my postal address and sent me one, free of charge, all the way from the United States! I shall have to affix a little extra velcro to the side of the existing larger divider to secure it in my bag properly, but I was really very impressed with this customer service, and thought that it deserved mentioning publicly. (The bag is rather a good one, too, for those who want a small bag).

    i have a similar bag. perhaps i could ask too... :biggrin:

    anyway, it's good to know that lowepro did a superb service.
