Hiking yesterday and I swapped my 14-42 for my 55 Micro Nikkor. Then when I swapped the lenses back I noticed the ring that covers the bayonet mount is now missing. Must have dropped it in the swap? Well I couldn't find it anywhere. The lens without the ring just bugs me for some reason so I need to replace it. $10 for a new ring from Olympus. Or, for about the same price I could get a knockoff lens hood instead. I've never really felt the need to use a hood with the 14-42, an dit would add a little bit of bulk to the kit. Plus I think the LH40 is horribly ugly  I'm undecided between the two so I figured I would let you guys decide for me.

Mine kept coming loose so I took it off and shoved it in a box. It seems a pointless accessory.
