Thanks Rafael - luckily the shoots start in a month and will last until August :)

Some glamourous location shoots, and a lot of catalogue style shoots, which are not nearly as exiting lol.

Congrats indeed.
Some super shots of Lincoln Cathedral there
How do you get it so empty?
Last time I was there there was always someone in my shot

Patience only. Few of those shots took about 10 minutes to acheive just waiting for folk to move! Also, it was 3.30 on a weekday, so very quiet anyway. Several of the shots where HDR which was annoying as the last shot was normally around 3-4 second exposure just as a pleb walked into view lol.

Once you go and pay, they give you an annual ticket, so I intend to revisit, I only had an hour and a half in there, and really needed more time for more detail shots.

I think next time I will be taking the D700 though, I really thing the high ISO of that camera would make the place sparkle (much as the GF1 was fun, I do think situations like these would be brought out better with the D700).

Congrats indeed.

Thanks Herman

The commercial work will be done with FX....although I am tempted to ask someone to document the shoots reportage style with M/43, nice and high ISO.
