And some boats .... I saw the coastguard towing a boat in, and then returning to it's berth later. Quite a variety of boats, and I sometimes wonder how seaworthy some of them are

Had been in upper 30s (degF) for a couple days, so this ice
https://www.mu-43.com/threads/the-winter-snow-images-thread.55741/page-28#post-1441470
is gone off the pier.

Back to colder freezing, but calm, so no ice back on pier.
And the clouds a bit thinner, Saturday, so went to the beach/pier thinking there might be some color to the sunset. And apparently lots of other folks went there for a stroll.
