Now on Barker Inlet Beach, definitely the highlight of the day's riding. The Salsa Mukluk handled it fine; I only dropped the tyre pressures to around 12 PSI.

Shipwreck Beach

Someone mentioned in another thread that there are no dedicated beach threads. I searched, I didn't find any. If there are, feel free to enlighten me, otherwise post 'em here. Let's see sand and waves, surf boards and crab shacks, shrimp boats, margaritas and all things coastal.

Here's two to get you started: a lone crow enjoying the solitude of the empty beach, and my hubby lost in thought counting waves. Let's see if you can tell which is which:

The two-tone cliffs are ginger carrstone with a thin layer of red chalk above, then a white chalk top layer.
