    I know it's a cliche, but I could have sworn they were shot on film :smile:

    really nice shots!

    I also feel like lots of my better adapted lens shots feel "like on film"

    maybe the slightly softened focus, not completely "perfect" colours, etc.

    Dedicated lens shots usually seem to be more technically perfect, but I find myself having more emotional reaction to the nominally "imperfect" adapted lens shots

    does that make any sense?

    It does to me. Older 'imperfect' colours, flare, unpredictable bokeh and the like remind me of looking through my parents early photo albums....and thus being a kid. For me....feel and nostalgia out weight technical imperfections.
