Leopard in Grass

    Taken with an EPL-1 and the adapted Zuiko 40-150. In the color version, there is a lack of any color differentiation between the dry grass and the leopard (yay evolution!), so I converted to B&W in Picasa. I'm currently exploring more advanced conversion techniques!

    Thanks demiro! Here's a color version I just whipped up for comparison.

    I change my mind. After a little PP (white and black point adjustment, tad saturation and sharpening), the color version pops just as nicely as the B&W.

    Below is the original JPEG, just resized. It was a pretty dreary and overcast day. Looking at the original again, I can see why my initial inclination was to go with B&W:
