Lens Test - Olympus 40-150, Zeiss 50mm and Leica 90mm

    Thanks for your test. It is indeed a very interesting result.

    I can see that the test was made with manual focus, but I'd also like to know your impressions about the lens focus speed with the E-P2 and the adapter.

    Its pretty good - I can't say I've noticed any significant lag. It does seem to focus slightly quicker on an Olympus E-P2 body rather than a Panasonic GH1 however. I am using the Olympus adapter, but couldn't say whether there is any difference between that and the Panasonic one.

    Personally, the focus is slower than the EP1 kit zoom lens. It tends to hunt more and miss focus for me more frequently. When it does hit focus and its dead on, the results are impressive.
