Size comparison of various mirrorless lenses. Had to use my iPhone, what with all my lenses being on the table...

From smallest to largest these are:
    Panasonic 14mm
    Panasonic 20mm
    Olympus 45mm
    Olympus 14-42mm
    Sony 18-55mm
    Panasonic 14-42mm
    Minolta 50mm f/1.4 (with m4/3 adapter)
    Panasonic 45-200mm

    lens-sizes.

All of the lenses are sitting without any caps, as I feel that is the most fair way to compare. I just got the Sony NEX, and I had a greatly exaggerated impression of its lens size from reading online reviews and blog posts. It's slightly smaller than the Panasonic kit zoom and slightly larger than the non-stabilized Olympus kit zoom. Sure it's no Lumix X pancake zoom, but it is hardly the camera-dominating colossus everyone seemed to describe it as.

nice. Why do you still have the blue wrap on the base of your Oly 45? That's only to protect the finish during shipping.

I just kinda forgot about it. I guess I ought to pull it off.
