I am looking for a lens to Australia - mostly landscapes. So far I have 12-50mm, Oly 45 1.8 and Oly 40-150mm.

I am thinking about getting UWA 9-18mm or Samyang 7,5 (which is manual) or most expensive 7-14 - but it is too pricey for me.

    What would you choose?

    Thanks for any tip!

I'm lucky enough to have the 7-14, and live in Australia, so that's the one I would choose. If it's out of your price range, I would go for the 9-18 because I like the AF.

If you're into wildlife, there will be plenty of unique critters to see and not all of them will want you to get close (or you won't want to get close to them!) so a bigger zoom than 150mm might be an idea.

I would prefer 9-18mm because I want to use filters for the long exposure. Then, I would invest more on steady tripod, CPl and 10-stop ND filter. Where do you plan to visit?
