Lens Flare

    I probably need to get some equipment cleaned by someone who does a better job then I can. When looking at this picture, is it the lens (Pano 12-35 on EM5) or does the body need to be cleaned too?

    I don't see why either needs cleaning, you're shooting into the sun so some flare is to be expected.

    Looks quite low on flare to me. Modern lenses are phenomenally good at managing flare compared to the old manual focus (50s through 90s) optics. Lens coatings on even the low-end lenses are amazing now.

    That's just normal flare from the lens. If you think there's an issue, you try staring directly at the sun and see if there are any optical effects that occur.
