Hello guys,

Thanks very much for supporting our 7.5mm f/2 and 9mm f/2.8 lenses. This time, we bring another interesting lenses to the Micro Four Thirds community, Laowa 4mm f/2.8 Fisheye.

Featuring a one-of-a-kind 210° field of view, Laowa 4mm f/2.8 fisheye lens can create a circular fisheye perspective on Micro Four Thirds (M43) cameras. Photographers can create a 360° full panorama image with a minimum of 2-3 shots. The lens weight only 4.8 oz (135 g) which makes it extremely portable and allows photographers to have creative shots anywhere, anytime. The lens can also be mounted on DJI Inspire X5 cameras for creating a unique perspective you have never seen before.
  • Circular Fisheye
    • The most important feature that we need to put A LOT OF focus on. Keep sharing the circular fisheye images will definitely help.
  • 360 Panorama / VR
  • Astro Photography
    • The ultra wide angle + large f/2.8 aperture makes it one of the most suitable lens for astro shooting.
  • Aerial Photography
    • Can be used on DJI Inspire X5 drones to capture some very unique perspective. (Share the drone footage please)
  • Super close focusing capability
    • Create some very unique ‘BIG-HEAD’ shots. Share more images please.
  • Huge DOF
    • No need focus. Just park the lens at infinity and everything will be in focus.
  • Unbeatable sharpness as a fisheye
    • Even if you defish / crop away the black area, the image is still SUPER sharp. Conventional fisheye tends to be not very sharp.

Although this thread violates our site rules, I’m going to make an exception since it benefits the members to have direct access to a manufacturer.
