Konica UC 28/1.8 images

    A relatively uncommon lens, a fast 28mm in Konica mount. Features close focus to ~7inches from the image plane.

    At F1.8, focus on the glass doors on the Balcony.

    At F4, contrast and resolution increase a good bit:

    Not a small lens, about the same size as an 85mm/2 Telephoto. Equivalent of a 55mm/1.8 on a full-frame 35mm camera.

    I'm lucky to have stumbled into one, use it on my FT-1 and now on the EP2.

    BUT- my "beater" Nikkor-NC 28/2 (perfect glass) cost $100 and is better wide open. I'll get some samples up.
