that's possible if you set the ISO to go to every 1/3 step

it looks ISO 1000 though... noise is really noticeable around the top:wink:

oh and great lens, I also have one and I like it though the focus ring on mine is a bit hard to turn

Just because there's no marking for f/2.0 on the lens doesn't mean you can't stop in between f/1.7 and f/2.8. I do it all the time on my lenses.

I really like this lens, more than the 40/1.8 but I'm thinking about keeping both. I find it pretty easy to focus just using the E-PL1 LCD viewer. This was shot at either f/4 or 5.6, probably should have gone for a bit more DOF.

Hello forum!, my first message here.
I have just moved from compact to m4/3 in march this year, so I'm still really new to this. In May i bought an AR-mFt adpater so i could use my dad's old konica 50mm 1.7.
This is my first experience with manual lenses and I'm still new to m4/3 in general so it's all very exiting and frustrating at times.
this is one of the first shots with the e-pl1/konica combination with which I'm happy although it is overexposed.

Picked this up on a functional Autoreflex TC body at a thrift for $5. Adapter just arrived, took 'er for a spin. Sticky aperture, so left it at f4. Went a bit late, losing the light, will keep it on the Oly for a few days and see what happens.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to have to fix the sticky aperature on this lens.
