I have not noticed any CA with Hexanon lenses.

where do you find all these different lenses? I look in thrift stores and some yard sales, and I have only come across one that I wouldn't buy! I must be doing something wrong!
I used to see cheap lenses on websites and ebay---now the prices seem to have jumped, and there is always a mention of using them with micro 4/3 cameras!!

Most of my Hexanon lenses I got off eBay before Micro 43 came on the scene. I only get a find at a Thrift Store about once in twenty visits. I have had a lucky 2 weeks finding or been given 6 lenses for a total of $22.00.

Well...I wish I had your luck!! I came on to the scene a little too late. I look on ebay, and all the prices seem to be jumping up on older manual lenses.

I love the built-in lens hood. My version has been modified for the 4/3 version so that I can use it on my e-5, but works great on my epm2 with the MMF-3 adaptor...I forget how sharp this lens is...I need to get out and shoot it more.

I recently got one of these off evilbay,
when it arrived in the proper named case it looked like it had never been used. amazingly mint condition.
I still haven't shimmed or tested it yet ... got to get onto that.

My straight-out-of-the-camera test shots with the Konica Hexanon AR 200/4, handheld, on a Panasonic G3. I'm not sure how fair these results are: The G3 has a coarse viewfinder, no focus peaking, and stabilization.
I also tested the Hexanon AR 200/3.5, the Vivitar 200/3.5 by Tokina (67mm filter, tripod ring, single-coated), and the Vivitar 200/3.5 by Komine, single coated, 62mm filter, with orange markings (not green). I was looking for corner sharpness, and by that standard, only the Vivitar by Tokina made me go "Wow!" But again, I'm not sure how valid the results are because on the G3 I could not be sure I was in focus.

Once again, @dbuckle illustrates that my subpar results arise from the photographer, not from the Hexanon lens.
