Keep 14-150mm or trade for 75-300mm or 45-175X?

I purchased a E-M5 with a 12-50mm during the Cyber Monday sale. Since I do a lot of backpacking with the camera exposed to the elements (it's attached to my pack via a Peak Designs Capture Clip), I plan to use the 12-50mm as my primary lens. The macro mode will come in handy and the slow aperture generally isn't a big issue in the outdoors.

In the past, I've been using the 14-150mm as my primary lens (with an E-PM1), but now that I have the 12-50mm, I'm thinking it makes more sense to sell the 14-150mm and buy a 75-300mm which would come in handy for wildlife I encounter along the trail. The only issue is making sure I can switch lenses fast enough! Has anyone had a similar decision? If so, what did you find worked best? I was also looking at the 45-175X (Panasonic), but wasn't sure whether the extra reach on the long end of the 300 would come in handy.
