Try as I might, I wasn't able to find an attachment I wanted to mount my pocket flashlights to an assortment of tripods I had here, so I went to the hardware store and did it myself.

One 2-Pack of Super Magnets Powerful Magnetic Clips (Red)
One 3-Pack of Super Magnets Neodymium Disc Magnets
Three 1/4"-20 Brad hole tee nuts

    Already on hand:
    Two Mini Maglites
A variety of tripods (Gorillapod DSLR shown in pic)

    1. Put flashlight in clip
    2. Apply Neodymium disc magnet to magnet on clip (might use superglue or something if it slides around)
    3. Screw tee nut onto tripod thread
    4. Stick flashlight/clip/magnet to tee nut
    5. Enjoy!

Future enhancement may include threading some sort of wire through the tee nuts to secure the flashlight more if necessary, but for now I can just keep a bunch of tee nuts threaded to my various tripods that aren't being used for the camera and quickly move the different lights around.

oh nice, that would only handle my maglites... my super juryrigged solution handles any pocket flashlight (I have like five different styles) :)
