I spent Q1 & Q2 of 2013 at the office for far too many hours. The time took its toll on me and upper respiratory infection took me down a coupla notches. I HAD to stay home for eight days continuously to recover.

About the 7th day, I became so bored laying in bed and on the couch that I needed to do something; anything! I couldn't work out; not even walk without losing my breath and seeing "stars."

Next best thing was to activate the Panasonics; if for only 7-8 minutes at a time.

I couldn't go out of the apartment so I tried to capture the same old stuff within and just outside of it.

Far flung exotic locations are nice, but a good and clever imagination is essential. Nice work.

I really like the 'window sill - late afternoon'. To me, it's somehow warmly poignant. I also admire your determination to do something - anything - just to get up and move around a bit. That's not easy when you so sick. Hope you are soon much better! :>)

    Thanks all.

Im feeling much better now. Back to the "grind" of my primary occupation. I've cut back on the hours since I refined the majority of the processes of my current assignment. Hopefully I will have more time to actually get out of the apartment more often for more enjoyable photo opportunities.

    Neftun, VERY interesting image!

rhoydotp, that image was accidentally captured. I was holding the camera with my right hand while opening the balcony door with my left and I just happen to actuate the shutter.
The lighting was all mother nature's.

The window sill was a test shot to help adjust exposure and focus. I like it better than the six other images of the same subject.
