I think Panasonic have done great with their cameras, but one area that has always bugged me was their default JPEG settings compared to Olympus' and Fujifilm.

The biggest complaint I have is how quickly detail disappeared. Noise reduction was too aggressive and default sharpening just didn't look nice to me compared to the RAW files.

I've set it up now to where I find the JPEGs pleasing to the eye and that I would be happy to use for when I don't feel like editing RAWs.

I would like Panasonic to give us the option to turn off NR completely but I doubt that'll happen.

    Photo Style:

    Contrast: 0
    Sharpness: -5
    Saturation: 0
    Noise Reduction: -5

    Highlight: +1
    Shadow: 0
    iDynamic: Auto
    iResolution: High
