It's Maple Syrup time

    Maple Syrup Evaporator at Dawes Arboretum.
    It takes 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup.

    Love your shot, though. You can almost smell the syrup.

    Great shot! I grew up in Chardon, OH which is maple syrup country as well.

    Wow. Dawes Arboretum. Haven't heard about that place in a long time. I lived in Ohio for 9 years as a child, and we visited there a few times. Thanks for posting that.
