Will it do color infrared?

Yes, by playing with the channel mixer!
My experience with it is very limited...

I shoot about a dozen IR conversions and have sold a few. Sad to say, when it comes to used IR conversions, people are cheap. They start getting interested when the camera is being sold for the conversion cost only. So if your camera cost $500 and the conversion another $300, they'd be interested at $300, but not much more. Since you deserve to be compensated for your time, I agree, it doesn't make much sense, but that's the way it is.

IR shooting is also very niche and while many may be causally interested in trying it, hence the 3000 views, once they see that the cost to start is steep, they decide maybe they are not all that interested in it after all at least at that price point.

Also, ad doesn't mentioned it, but does the camera come with battery and charger? Or is it body only and no accessories?

Over 3000 views... I don't get it!
Xenforo counts bot crawls as views. There are add ons which suppress this behavior but I don't think mu-43 uses them. The audience size for an infrared converted body here might not be much larger than the 10 people active on the infrared thread, most (all?) of whom already have converted bodies.

If it helps any, I've done more infrared photography than most and it's unclear to me what you're selling. I think the listing may be trying to say it's a full spectrum conversion with an R72 screw in but, if so, people are going to expect to see that plus the thread diameter of the R72. If the hot mirror's been swapped out for something else rather than just removed then potential buyers will be wanting to know the new cutoff. If the sensor stack's been replaced with an R72 section an explanation of how compliance with the μ43 standard has (or hasn't) been maintained is probably appropriate.

Hello,
I though is was clear, so let me rephrase. The hot mirror (original/industry filter inside the camera) has been removed and replaced by an Hoya R72 (720nm) cut to size. So now the R72 filter is inside the camera.
The camera remain fully compliant with all μ43 standards and is now a dedicated to 720nm infrared photography.

Hope this answer your question!
