    Interesting how thick the sensor assembly really is. That helps explain why DSLRs are bigger than the SLRs they sprang from. Given the same flange to sensor distance, you need a lot more space behind the sensor than you needed for film and a pressure plate.

    Yeah, it was pretty amazing to me how much silicon they can cram in that small body.

    Interesting. Given the discussion of the "prism hump", I wonder how much of that space Oly actually needs to fit everything in. I know there are RF style bodies with internal EVFs, but I think that they are a tab bit larger.
