Great shot, there is a tree I have been eyeing that looks just like yours, but there is nowhere to pull over.
I know that dilemma! The narrow, high traffic country road I commute on has no shoulder. Instead there is a 4-5 foot deep drop-off.
Lovely, it makes me miss Illinois even more...
Great shot with nice lead in line, I think it would look even better in B&W but that is purely my take on it.
I like you am drawn to trees and the majesty and power they can portray in an image, they have the ability to make or break the shot (3rd one is similar in perspective to your)
