It's a "x-in-1" type of tool, serving one purpose in general / belonging to a specific purpose group of tools.

I think I'm gonna give it to you, but for a while I will try to get more details

Acc. to def., crowbar is a "straight bar with one end only slightly bent and sharpened into a beak. Often the beak is split, giving the tool its name from its resemblance to a crow’s foot."
And that's in fact how the other end (not shown) looks like.
But this one is more sophisticated... ?
