Let's continue with the round theme because I initially believed your image was one of these since they come in all symmetrical shapes and sizes too

does it rotate? how fast?

Yes, according to manufacturer up to 35 000rpm

This is a brilliant example of german over-engineering but it's also pretty clever. Single injection molded part has three functions whereas the ones forum readers own typically miss two of these.

First one. Clever design indeed. This joint between blade axis and motor is also a spring that softens sharp impacts and a clutch that slips if load becomes too heavy.

Damn, apparently I can't rotate this? Anyway, your turn!

Much too fast for a blender - 35 000 RPM is more akin to turbines!
I would be tempted by some sort of tool, but the OP said it was not.

Since it's from Bosch and not Wish I have to trust what it says on the box. There are quite a lot of blenders with 30k+ rpm ratings. Bosch has even one called "VitaBoost High Speed Blender" which claims to have 45 000rpm and "speed over 400km/h". They didn't specify what exactly was going at that speed but forget the lid and you'll soon find out...
