Not a rubber band gun.

To summarize the important info so far:
- adjustable in order to be used,
- sort of a handle / holder, for specific type of work / item,
- to be held by one hand while working with the other hand,
- all three plastic parts of the object visible on the image.
(Before you ask - not an adult toy)

I think it's designed to be used on cans like 0,7-1 liter.

I must say I have never seen a paint can holder like this. What is the use of the protuding part on the top?

I suppose these days there would be quite a number, who will use like this :thumbup: .

But:
there is saying that paint will not hold without a beer, so when you go for the next one, you can put the brush aside for a moment:
