Now, that puts me in trouble.
Part of what you see may be called a bottle stop, but it is a rather specific one, and used for this type of object only (all what you see on the image belongs to the object).

Not opium related.
You can find this type of "object" in many homes, even in cars - if someone feels like he needs one.
