    Magnum Photos Event

This workshop will be about finding your own unique vision of New York City by using the camera to explore the city in a direct, spontaneous way. Open to both serious amateurs and professionals alike, it is a workshop that will emphasize the development of your own personal way of seeing photographically. This workshop will also be about learning how to edit your work intuitively, and will also include discussions about how to take your photography to the next level. The workshop will coincide with Cinco de Mayo celebrations throughout New York City, which may be of interest to some participants.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE WORKSHOP

Please email 10jpgs (72dpi; 8 inches longest side) that represent who you are as a photographer, or email a link to your work online. If you work in a series, please include a selection from one or two personal projects. Please also include a short bio and a description of what or where you’d like to photograph for the week in New York. Email your application to Alex and Rebecca: webbnorriswebb@gmail.com

For more information about the workshop, please email Rebecca at webbnorriswebb@gmail.com
