I pulled the trigger on the Olympus grip and battery holder because they also offered the wrist strap for free in the promotion. I did get the grip and battery holder, but not the strap.... I wonder where or who to contact about getting my strap. Any ideas?

    Thanks

It's a sign from the wrist strap Gods.
Get a LUIGIS leather wrist strap and never look back.

    :)

Yeah, but what about the $29 bonus that did not show up? And what's a Luigis strap?

Write a sternly worded email and get a refund.
Use the refund to get one of these (eBay item number: 190593636869).
I've tried a number of wrist straps but this guy makes a really special product.

Perhaps a friendly phone call would be more prudent than the sternly written letter, it could be a fairly innocent mistake which would be quickly fixed once the company is made aware of the problem.

I am still looking for the perfect wrist strap. I seriously considered that one from Luigi's last week but I am slightly put off by the fact that I think it might be a little too wide. I really like the way it fastens to the camera.

Ended up ordering one from dsptch.com....

DSPTCH - Camera accessories, Camera strap, Wrist strap, Sling strap

Have you got a pic of the strap on your M43?

I wrote an email to them, maybe that will do the trick... And I too think that the LUIGI's strap looks too wide and thick. The ones in the link
above look pretty good. What's the problem with the Olympus wrist strap?

I'm sure the Oly wrist straps are fine, I was just mucking about with my original reply ;)

In all seriousness though, the LUIGI wrist straps are amazing...I actually purchased one slightly different to the one on the link...same strap but minus the added chunky pad.

Call Olympus if you want this rectified.

As an example, my recent order did not show up. I emailed and got the auto-responder. Nobody emailed back in due time. So I called, had a nice conversation with the lady who answered and a day or two later, my order shipped.

You did add the wrist strap during the checkout, correct? I only ask because the promotion specifically stated to add it to your battery grip order to get the promotion.

    Update, success!

Thanks for the suggestion of making the phone call. I found the appropriate ph number, (800)201-7766. I spoke with a representative and explained the problem. After explaining to me how I failed, I admitted my fault and asked for help. She then consulted with someone and came back to tell me that she would have them send me a wrist strap.

Now, all I have to do is wait for it.....
